In 2000, Karl Hahnfeld, John Giordano and Rob Cocanower founded HGC Residential Development to build a simple garage. That garage changed the face of custom home building in Fort Worth forever. With a passion for making Fort Worth a better community one home at a time by designing and building classically inspired homes, the three longtime Fort Worthians have elevated HGC Residential Development into Tarrant County’s most popular and desired home builder.
